The PrePaidPower Self-Managed Plan is designed for property owners who prefer to manage payments personally and directly with their tenants.

 

By subscribing to this plan, the owners will have at their disposal a number of water and electricity credit tokens. Each credit token will be set for a pre-defined number of units (kWh for electricity & cbm for water) and the owners will transact these tokens with their tenant.

 

The owners can obtain the tokens via our online system, by phone or by email. Under this plan, owners are personally responsible to supply the credit tokens to the tenant and to collect payment for them. It is also the owners’ responsibility to set the value of the token to ensure that the W&E bill is covered.

 

Various tariff plans are available, depending on the property owners’ requirements and the type of rental property (long let / short let / commercial).
